The relations between companies and education represent the best guarantee for the professional integration of the students.

The professional integration of the young graduate people is guaranteed by means of training and continual perfecting of students and of the cooperation between companies and education. Thus, it is vital for HRS to be in schools and, to the extent to which is possible, to support the students in better understanding the professional environment and in gaining experience. We are present in several institutions of education to animate simulations of interviews under real conditions, and to give advice jobs.
