Why we promote diversity

We, at HRS believe that the need of permanent adaptation which is imposed on us by the world in which we are living, represents the diversity. The professional world is also a relationship where all types of human behaviour meet: emphatic, organized, enterprising etc. each of them with its own way of understanding and expressing itself. The steps for understanding diversity within companies do not represent the exclusive luxury of highly developed societies, but a need. Thus, our customers, providers, collaborators and sub-collaborators and employees are more like us.
