Brief history

Our group contains a protected part, Human Respect Solutions HRS and an associative part, the association Acces oentru to?i - PACT. Our mission is to promote the integration of the disadvantaged categories in the professional world and to provide our clients with competitive information and services, guarantying the inclusion of the activities of those disabled persons.

The economical and social performance can appear to the extent to which we support another trading method, more community-prone, concentrating especially on the success of everyone, not only on our own.

Our employees are definitely oriented towards the needs of our customers and share the same set of values.
Through partnerships with association and through the commitment of promoting diversity and the employment of the disabled persons throughout the country, we offer: temporary and permanent recruitment/ temporary and permanent personnel placement, (especially placement and induction of the disabled persons), assessment (competences, performances, emotions), HR consulting, outsourcing, translation in / from 20 languages, stationery products and artistic/decorative products.

We share our values with national and international clients, with which we have a durable collaboration. Every day, they help the disabled persons to start working.
