CSR represents a company's commitment to the interested parties to be responsible.
The World Council of Business for Sustainable Development defines the social responsibility of the employees as the commitment of the business environment to contribute to the sustainable economical development by collaborating with the employees, their families, the local community and the society as a whole for improving the quality of their life."
The social corporative responsibility requires business to manage the economical, social and environmental impact of their undergoing operations in order to maximize the benefits and to minimize the disadvantages.
Key problems related to CSR: government, environmental management, the commitment of the interested parts, the work standards, the relationships with the employees and with the community, the social equity and the human rights.
