Stéphane

Stéphane holds a Master Degree in Project Management from Ecole Centrale Marseille and a Master Degree in Human Resource Management from ESSEC Business School. He was HR Manager in Africa and in the South-East of France before coming to Romania as HR Director for Bouygues Romania. Since 2007, he is the founding member of HRS and NGO Access for All. He is a strong supporter of a social economy and is directly involved in projects for disadvantaged groups and disabled people. He currently manages several European projects, private initiatives and a sheltered enterprise in Romania as expert on HR & CSR international issues. Fluent in French, English, Romanian and German, he is the General Manager of HRS. 

Anatolia

Anatolia holds a Bachelor Degree in International Business and European studies, another one in Work Psychology and a Master Degree in Public Management. She also holds qualifications in HR Management and HR legislation. Anatolia has experience in HR, is a strong supporter of social economy, is founding member of NGO Access for all and speaks fluently French and English.

Sorina

Sorina holds a Bachelor Degree in International Business and European studies and a Master Degree in Organizational and HR Management. She also holds qualifications in HR Management and HR legislation. Sorina has experience in HR, is the founding member of NGO Access for all and speaks fluently French and English.

Alina

Alina holds a Bachelor Degree in Pedagogy, a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Counselling. She also holds qualifications in developing and delivering services in disability area and project management. Alina has experience in development and implementation of training sessions, coordination of training needs analyses, delivery of training sessions in soft skills and leadership skills, follow-up and evaluation of training sessions. She speaks fluently English.

Horia

Horia holds a Bachelor Degree in Economy and a Master Degree in Public Management. He also holds qualifications in public acquisitions, in quality audit, in development of managerial potential and EU projects. Horia has experience in acquisition documentation for EU funding projects, legal procedures to purchase goods and services, writing the documentation with regard acquisitions. He speaks fluently English.

Oana

Oana holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication. She also holds qualifications in planning PR campaigns, project management, media and psychology. Oana has experience in graphic and design of materials, press conferences organization, writing articles and interviews for publication, coordination and editing of specific guidelines with regards social economy, coordination of the website design, content and functionality, writing EU projects. She speaks fluently English and Italian.  

Dana - Ioana

Dana holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Psychology of Labour and Transport. She also holds qualifications in HR, EU funds consultancy and wages payment. Dana's experience include managing the relationship with customers, maintenance of good relationship with customers, recruiting, evaluation and counselling of disadvantaged persons, and psychological analyses. She speaks fluently French and English.

Ionel

Ionel holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication and PR. He also holds qualifications in project management, in quality audit being interpreter of French language authorized by Ministry of Justice. Ionel has experience in project management, quality management and logistics. He speaks fluently French and English.

Octavia

Octavia holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology and a Master Degree in HR Management. She also holds qualifications in recruitment and selection, training and professional development, performance management and organizational development. Octavia has experience in recruiting and placements of foreign language trainers, data analyses in social economy and HR consultancy. She speaks fluently English and French.

Natalia

Natalia holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science and English and a Master Degree in Political Science. Natalia has experience in EU projects, management of the project cash register, monitoring, progress and implementation of EU projects. She speaks fluently English and Russian.

Georgiana

Georgiana holds a Bachelor Degree in International Business and European Studies, a Master Degree in Social Science. Georgiana has experience in recruitment and selection, analysis and selection of the applications, creating guidelines for people with disabilities. She speaks fluently French and English.

Claudia

Claudia holds a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering. She also holds qualifications in Financial Accounting and Structural Funds. Claudia has experience in teaching, production management, writing EU projects, consultancy on EU funds. She speaks fluently English, Italian and French.

Ilinca

Ilinca holds a Bachelor Degree in Economy and International Business and a Master Degree in International Economy and European Business. Ilinca has experience in development of communication campaigns, organizing events, marketing and communication projects, and communication support for EU project. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Nicolae

Nicolae holds a Bachelor Degree in Law. He also holds qualifications in accounting, an advanced IT experience having a European Computer Driving License (ECDL) in addition to writing grand proposal. Nicu has experience in IT, preparation and delivery of EU projects, evaluation of projects activity. He speaks fluently English, French and German.

Silviu

Silviu holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology - Psychology of Human Resources, Social Psychology and Organizational Psychology. He also holds a Certificate of Competence in Economics. Silviu has experience in interviewing and testing the disadvantaged persons, selecting, screening, finding the right candidates for a position. He is fluent English and French.

Mihaela

Mihaela holds a Bachelor Degree in Teaching Theology from Roman Catholic Theological Institute Sf. Tereza. Mihaela has experience in children education, secretarial and administrative activities. She speaks fluently English.

Corina

Corina holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She also holds qualification in financial advising and audit. She is Chartered Accountant. Corina has experience in accounting and tax enforcement, tax and operational services, clearance of all income and expenses review and analyse documents underlying balance sheet, profit and loss account.  She is fluent in English.

Iurii

Iurii holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil law, commercial law, labour law, administrative law and tax law and a Master Degree in Community Law. Iurii has experience in designing, drafting of civil contracts, commercial contracts and any other legal documents; he provides advice and guidance in any legal issue that involves the company. He is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish.

Dana

Daniela holds a Bachelor Degree in Cybernetics - Planning and Economy Cybernetics. She also holds qualifications in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), accounting regulations applicable to economic agents and VAT package. Dana has experience in developing reports with regards economic situation, cash flow tracking, payments, cost optimization, monthly closing assistance. She speaks English and French.

Elena

Elena holds a High School Degree in Chemistry and holds a Degree in Accountancy. She also has experience in issuing invoices according to legal regulations and internal procedures, preparing invoices according to specific requests from customers, checking and archiving necessary documents according to billing process. She speaks English.

Marius

Marius holds a specialization in refrigeration installation.  He has experience in driving activities, deposing and lifting documents to/from public institutions, banks, and supply of consumables for business needs. He speaks English and German.

Ovidiu

Ovidiu holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, another one in Electronics, Telecommunications and IT, a Master Degree in Labour and Transport Psychology, and a Master Degree in Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapies. Ovidiu has experience in IT (hardware, software and networking) and Web Design, Statistics, Psychology and HR. He speaks English fluently.

Alexandra

Alexandra holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Human Resources Psychology. Alexandra has experience in recruitment, evaluation, analysis and selection of the applications. She speaks fluently French and English.
