Legal framework
- The work provided by a temporary labour agent is regulated by the Labor Code in force, title II, chapter VII, articles 87 - 100.
- This means the work provided by a temporary employee that, by order of the temporary labour agent performs work in the benefit of a user.
- The temporary labour agent is a commercial society authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity, who temporarily provides the user with qualified and/or unqualified personnel they hire and pay wages to for this purpose.
- The assignment of temporary labour is set to a 12 months period, the extension of the time period of the assignment being permitted only once for a period which, added to the initial time period of the mission cannot exceed an 18 months period.
- The temporary labour agent provides the user with an employee hired through a temporary labour contract based on a written provision contract.
- HRS Assistance is a Temporary Labour Agent according to Authorization no. 0000103/2009.

- Calculation and payment of wages and legal leaves
- Monthly statements to the social security
- Issuing and handing over to the client the monthly invoice with the total cost.
